Walt Disney World has released the full Global Marketplace and restaurant menus for the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Here’s a complete list of all new & returning food booths, rundown of the savory snacks and decadent desserts, photos of every dish, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Plus, our commentary about the new & returning items that have us most excited, and the balance of adventurous versus crowd-pleasing cuisine.
As a reminder, this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World runs from August 29 through November 23, 2024. That’s actually a month shorter than last year, but exactly the same start date as 2019–the last normal year of the event. See our Guide to the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival for everything you need to know, including savvy strategy for beating the crowds, saving money, and best enjoying the event.
The Global Marketplaces will span six continents and be located throughout the World Showcase pavilions and spill into the former Future World, with the booths open most of each operating day. Unlike the last several years, there’s nothing to indicate that the Global Marketplaces will open in phases–likely due to the August start date–meaning every Global Marketplace should be open when the festival kicks off!
The biggest development for the 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is the opening of CommuniCore Hall in the heart of World Celebration. Walt Disney World has indicated that CommuniCore Hall will add exciting fresh elements to the 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, which makes sense given that it was built to be a permanent festival center.
We are hopeful this means a return of other offerings like culinary demonstrations, but we’re starting to doubt that since no news has been shared about them. As explained in EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival Is Stale. Here’s What We Want Disney to Change in 2024, the event really needs a shot in the arm. This is supposed to be EPCOT’s flagship festival, but has become the weakest event of the year with the least substance.
Turning back to dates, we’re not completely surprised to see the 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival shortened significantly. In fact, we predicted exactly this due to guests having “festival fatigue.” Still, the decision to delay the start until the end of August 2024 rather than starting in July like all other years since 2020 is interesting. What does surprise us is that Walt Disney World didn’t add a summer festival in between Flower & Garden and Food & Wine, and EPCOT attendance has lagged as a result over the last few months, but that’s beyond the scope of this full list of menus.
Although also unrelated to the full menus of Global Marketplace booths, Walt Disney World has also announced the entertainment and other offerings that’ll return for the 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. Namely, they released the full performer lineup for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series and dining package restaurants and pricing.
Cheese lovers will want to check out Emile’s Fromage Montage, where you can sample a variety of delicious cheeses served in inventive ways. Purchase any five cheese dishes listed in the Festival Passport and collect a stamp for each cheese dish purchased. Once you’ve collected all five stamps, bring the stamped Festival Passport to Shimmering Sips for a specialty souvenir.
As you embark on your flavorful adventure, you’ll want to check out Emile’s Fromage Montage. Start planning your cheesy stroll with the menu items designated with a 🧀 below.
The return of this fan-favorite food stroll features several cheesy goodies from the Global Marketplaces. Simply pick up a Festival Passport and collect stamps by purchasing five of these items. Once you’ve gotten them all, head over to Shimmering Sips for a special redemption prize.
New this year is the exclusive Disney Gift Card wristlet artwork showcasing Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse taking over the kitchen to create culinary masterpieces. These delightful cards are available at merchandise locations throughout EPCOT during the festival. Use them to pay easily at Global Marketplaces, merchandise locations, and anywhere Disney Gift Card is accepted!

Turning to commentary, the last 4 years of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival have been hit or miss. We’ve been underwhelmed by the unambitious and unadventurous menus, and most new booths in the last few years have featured comfort food. This is supposed to be Walt Disney World’s flagship foodie event, and most new options in the last few years have been simple crowd-pleasers.
I’ve gotta be honest, about halfway through this list, I feared these menus were going to be much worse than last year—which were the best since 2020, boosted considerably by the four Disney100 booths. There are very few interesting new ones on the front half of the list of 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival menus (silver lining: I don’t have to subject myself to the Fry Basket again).
I was surprised and disappointed by what’s featured in CommuniCore Hall (are those really the fan-favorites of past EPCOT Food & Wine Festivals?!), and there isn’t a whole lot that caught my eye. I really wish Coastal Eats would have a larger menu. Ditto Flavors from Fire—and there’s no reason for fake meat at that booth!
I audibly groaned when I got to Flavors of America, and saw it was a menu of nothing but hot dogs. (I also chuckled, because it’s kinda amusing–and accurate–that America would have so many takes on hot dogs.) Last year, that booth was a standout thanks to its Chilaquiles and Cioppino…but I also seldom saw it have a line. So I can understand the change, even if I don’t love it.
Thankfully, things turned the corner almost immediately thereafter. The Tiramisù Funnel Cake is right up my alley, and I cannot wait to test a few of those bad boys (for the sake of important quality control research!). Almost every new dish in the back half of the list caught my eye.
Things finished especially strong—literally every single Global Marketplace from Australia on has something that sounds excellent. I’m especially excited for the Liquid Nitrogen Frozen Sweet Potato Mousse at Swirled Showcase and the Hawaiian Rice Bowl with SPAM. Those sound like fantastic twists on familiar favorites—dishes I’ve missed over the last couple years. This type of thing is exactly what the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival should be doing. I cannot wait to try these items.
Then there are all of the new booths back by the Imagination Pavilion in what I assume is the expanded Culinary Corridor. These are vaguely reminiscent of last year’s Disney100 booths, and every single one “goes hard” as the kids say. Seriously. These menus sounds excellent from top-to-bottom, and I’ll probably be “forced” to do extensive quality control testing on these. Occupational hazard.
All in all, the culinary lineup at the 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival might just strike the right balance between crowd-pleasing and envelope-pushing. While I’d personally prefer a lot more of the latter, I’m also cognizant of the fact that this event is “more mainstream” than the other festivals. Even though it’s the one ostensibly dedicated to food, Walt Disney World still needs to be responsive to what actual guests actually want—this probably strikes the right balance. Either way, I cannot wait—there’s a lot that looks good, between now dishes and familiar favorites!
