Spread over 2,700 square meters in the Dubai Mall, there are as many as 130 projectors, high-definition digital moving images numbering 3,000, and 58 speakers creating a spectacular treat for your eyes. The three major exhibits—Dreamed Japan, Van Gogh, and Verse use state-of-the-art technology to leave you absolutely captivated. This amazing new-age boutique can be accessed from the Dubai Mall making it a very convenient place to visit.

When you are at the Infinity des Lumières Guide, you should visit its three major exhibits. These are
- Van Gogh: The genius of an icon in the world of art, Van Gogh’s brilliance is at its best. His masterpieces like The Potato Eaters (1885), Starry Night (1889), and Sunflowers (1888) display how Van Gogh evolved as a legendary master of unforgettable paintings through the years in a spectacular presentation using high-end technology. The vibrant colors of Van Gogh’s works create a dazzling display with the use of digital animation, enchanting music, and delicate shapes.
- Verse: Curated by filmmaker and composer Thomas Vanz, Verse takes you on a metaphysical journey that has you hypnotized. You’ll see various shapes, colors, and sounds come together to take you exploring the magic of our cosmos. Jonathan Fitas’ composition, an orchestral piece enhances the beauty of the presentation.
- Dreamed Japan: 19th century Japan with its elegant beauty comes alive at this exhibition. The ukiyo-e art movement is on display here as a world of pictures floating around you in a stunningly vivid show. The animations of geishas and samurais here are just fascinating! ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa,’ the Hokusai masterpiece of timeless beauty is on display here.
Entry Fee
The tickets to Infinity des Lumières come at AED 110 if purchased online and at AED 150 if purchased at the venue. There are special packages available for senior citizens and families you can enquire about at the counter for tickets. We suggest that you book your tickets in advance so you don’t need to wait in the ticketing queues which are very long indeed.
The Best Time to Visit
Since crowds of people start arriving at 11 am, we suggest that you arrive at the museum at 10 am right when it opens. That way, you’ll be able to avoid the extremely long queues for security checks. The crowd thins during lunch hours as well. Hence, you’ll be able to appreciate the displays at the museum without having to rush through them. Visiting the museum just before it closes isn’t a bad idea either since many of the visitors to the museum have left by then. The peak hours are early evening.
The Opening Hours
From Sunday to Wednesday, the museum open from 10 am to 9 pm with entries being allowed every half hour. From Thursdays to Saturdays, the museum is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Entries are allowed till an hour before the museum closes for the day.
How to Reach the Infinity des Lumières
By the Metro: Hop into a metro on the Red Line to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall stations. The Dubai Mall is just a short walk away from there.
By Bus: Take a bus on lines 27, 29, 81, or the F13. All these buses stop to drop you off close to the Dubai Mall.
By Taxi: Taxi fares are cheap here compared to what they are in European cities like Paris or London. You’ll be charged what the meter displays.

- To avoid waiting in long queues, it’s best to book your tickets online. It’s also important to book the tickets in advance so you can avoid rush. Time slots are available at intervals of 30 minutes
- You needn’t bother to charge your mobiles since there are USB charging stations you are allowed to use for free
